2017加拿大新政：父母團聚名額抽簽決定！

出國留學，去往，近來加拿大頻頻利好的政策讓留學生對移民加拿大的熱情高漲，別急，加拿大新政策：2017年父母團聚不再靠搶!! 1萬名額抽簽決定拉!!

局發(fā)布的消息：2017年父母團聚移民不再以遞交先后審理，改為隨機抽簽。申請人需要先填寫一張在線表格表達團聚意愿，移民局會隨機抽取并邀請申請人提交完整材料。

一、加拿大移民新政之往年的申請模式：

在最近幾年，為了最大化地保證父母及祖父母計劃Parent and Grandparent Program的利益、控制獲簽人數(shù)增長過快，移民部有意識地限制了父母及祖父母簽證申請的數(shù)量至5000份到10000份申請。移民部在每年新年元旦后第一個工作日開始接受申請材料，先到先得，名額滿了就不再收件。

很多加拿大公民和已經(jīng)獲得移民身份的中國公民等想為自己父母或祖父母擔保的人都只有在一月份的時候扎堆搶名額，在12月底投遞自己父母或祖父母的申請，以便能在一月初搶到名額。

二、加拿大移民新政之變化要點

在線表格從東部時間2017年1月3號中午開放，2017年2月2號中午關閉;

開放時間內(nèi)，申請人可以在IRCC網(wǎng)站填寫在線表格，表達團聚父母或者祖父母的意愿;

要求的信息包含申請人的姓名，生日，出生國，家庭住址，郵編和郵箱;

一旦成功遞交在線表格，申請人會收到確認碼，請記錄下來;

僅需填寫這一張表格，重復填寫無效;

30天后，移民局會清除重復表格，隨機抽取1萬份表格，邀請他們遞交完整的申請;

每個申請人都會被告知2017年是否被邀請;

被邀請的申請人將有90天時間來遞交完整的材料;

完整的申請表格和材料清單將于2017年1月9號公布;

2017年沒有被邀請上的申請人，2018年可以再次提出申請;

Changes to 2017 Parent and Grandparent Program application intake process

December 14, 2016 Ottawa, ON Family reunification is a key immigration commitment of the Government of Canada. The Parent and Grandparent Program brings together thousands of families each year. For 2017, the Honourable John McCallum, Minister of Immigration, Rugees and Citizenship, today announced changes to how sponsorship applications will be submitted under the program.

In recent years, Immigration, Rugees and Citizenship Canada limited the number of parent and grandparent applications it would accept, in order to manage intake and interest in the program, and keep the number of applications from growing. Rather than the January rush to submit applications by courier or mail, those wanting to bring their parents or grandparents to Canada will now have 30 days to fill out an online form to indicate their interest. IRCC will then randomly choose 10,000 individuals from those who filled out the form, and those people will be invited to send in their complete application package.

The online form will be available starting January 3, 2017. Sponsors will have 30 days to submit the form.
